I’ve been at the weights since I was 12 years old. Like most, I’ve had my ups and downs as a fitness enthusiast. I’ve explored all types of fitness, and now I want to share with you what I’ve learned in 25+ years. I’ll touch on all different facets of training such as yoga, calisthenics, power lifting and bodybuilding.
I’m certainly no expert, but I love to help people who’ve struggled with staying in shape. I don’t follow any particular form of exercise and love to vary up my workouts. Follow me if you want a little bit of everything.
