I’ve been at the weights since I was 12 years old.  Like most, I’ve had my ups and downs as a fitness enthusiast.  I’ve explored all types of fitness, and now I want to share with you what I’ve learned in 25+ years.  I’ll touch on all different facets of training such as yoga, calisthenics, power lifting and bodybuilding.

I’m certainly no expert, but I love to help people who’ve struggled with staying in shape.  I don’t follow any particular form of exercise and love to vary up my workouts.  Follow me if you want a little bit of everything.

The hardest part of any nutrition plan is staying consistent.  We’re not perfect.  So don’t think you have to be perfect in order to reach your goals.  You do, however, need to be consistent and lean towards better habits if you want the body you’ve been dreaming of.
